Menchov
lost time in the Alps but he stills play the general classification to enter in
the top 10, Scarponi don’t. Scarponi can take an escape and I think Menchov
will follow the leaders but Scarponi starts to feel that he rides the Giro too
when Menchov, who is prepared for the Tour, loves the third week of the “Grand
Tour” that he rides.

TAARAMAE VS THOMAS VOECKLER:
Voeckler
has already made a good Tour and now he rides for Pierre Rolland when Taaramae
have to win a stage. And this stage sounds for him. He loves the third weeks of
grand tours and he win a stage like this in the Vuelta 2011 after losing time
like in this Tour.

ROLLAND VS THIBAUT PINOT:
Rolland and
Pinot are two great climbers and they aren’t a difference like these odds.
Pinot is surely less strong in Grand Tours but we had the rest day before this
stage and that favorites Pinot. He seems to have a big talent and he want to
win another stage when Rolland only think about the general classification. In additional
Pinot is better in descent than Rolland.
